Canada Hills Estates is a beautiful gated residential community of 131 custom home lots situated in the heart of Oro Valley, Arizona. The neighborhood is set in the rolling hills of the high desert, and is also a part of the larger Canada Hills Community Association. The Canada Hills Estates Home Owners Association is governed and managed by an elected volunteer board of directors, and associated volunteer committees.

Gate Directions: Guests utilize the keypad at the gate to contact the resident the are visiting. The residents phone will ring, when they answer and want to open the gate for their guest they push the '9' on their phone. The call then disconnects and the gate opens for the guest.
